Estrella del Paso, formerly Diocesan Migrant & Refugee Services, is the largest provider of free immigration legal services in west Texas and southern New Mexico. With a staff of over 80, we provide comprehensive services to detained and non-detained adults and unaccompanied children.

We have been serving the immigrant community since 1986, and have served nearly half a million people since opening its doors.

Our mission is to provide immigration legal services, advocacy, and community outreach to protect immigrants’ rights and advance justice in the spirit of the Gospel.
